Go to jarvel.com/hacked and follow the steps. You'll get a link by email that signs out every device, undoes changes made since the break-in and lets you set a new password. If you can't get into your email either, contact support with your Jarvel username and what happened.
No. One Jarvel account signs you in to every app in the suite. Each app keeps its own data, and it is only shared between apps when you link them.
Sign-in takes your password plus a 6-digit code we email you. If the code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and use the Resend link on the code screen. If you've forgotten your password or still can't get in, email us and we'll help you recover your account.
No. We don't scan your mail, notes, files, messages or documents to profile you, we don't show ads, and we never sell your personal data. Your data is stored on servers in the European Union.
Open your Jarvel ID account settings and use the “Download data” feature. Linked apps are included in the export, which may arrive by email as a download link.
The apps are free to start using. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will tell you the price before you are charged, and no app you already use will silently become paid.
Delete your account from your Jarvel ID account settings. You have 30 days to change your mind, after that your data is permanently deleted across every linked Jarvel app.
